I’ve been coming to The Base for a few months now and absolutely love it! The staff are incredible and really take the time to support you and help you reach your goals. The gym is never overcrowded, so I can always get in a great workout and the classes are varied and challenging. It’s a small, independent gem, fantastically equipped and maintained with a wonderful sense of community. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The adjoining cafe ‘The Base Bar’ is also a must for pre and post workout food & drinks - lots of high protein options in particular.

A truly welcoming space with great facilities and an amazing community to go with it. I've never found a gym I genuinely enjoyed going to, but The Base Gym and Bar provides such a supportive, fun and ambient environment, and I’m absolutely chuffed to have found it.
